堀井哲也さん(慶應義塾大学野球部監督)
1962年1月31日生まれ。静岡県出身。韮山高校、慶大では外野手。1984年に大学卒業後、三菱自動車川崎で4年間プレー。現役引退後はマネジャーを務めた。93年創部の三菱自動車岡崎でコーチを経て、96年8月から監督となり、2001年の都市対抗準優勝。05年からはJR東日本で指揮を執り、19年までの15年間で都市対抗優勝が1度(11年)、準優勝が3度(07年、12年、13年)。19年まで10年連続で都市対抗出場。19年12月に慶大の監督に就任。21年春の東京六大学リーグ戦を制し、全日本大学選手権は34年ぶりの優勝。秋も制して30年ぶりの春秋制覇を成し遂げた。今年、秋のリーグで四連覇を目指した明治大学を倒し勝ち点５の完全優勝、神宮大会では大学四冠を目指した青山学院大学を倒して日本一に導いた。23年12月から大学日本代表監督も務める。

Tetsuya Horii (Manager, Keio University Baseball Club)
Born on January 31, 1962. Born in Shizuoka Prefecture. Played outfielder at Nirayama High School and Keio University, and after graduating from the university in 1984, played for Mitsubishi Motors Kawasaki for 4 years. After retiring, he worked as a manager at Mitsubishi Motors Okazaki, which was founded in 1993, and became a manager in August 1996. In December 2007, he was appointed coach of Keio University, which won the Tokyo Rokugakusei League in the spring of 2009 and the All-Japan University Championship for the first time in 34 years. The team also won the fall championship, the first time in 30 years that it had won the spring and fall championships. This year, he led the team to a perfect five-point victory over Meiji University, which was aiming for a fourth consecutive autumn league championship, and to the top of Japan in the Jingu Tournament, defeating Aoyama Gakuin University, which was aiming for its fourth university championship.
